2. Services Offered

The website allows users to view commercial information related to telecommunications, request information, contact DAVATEL, apply for distributor access, and access a private platform for authorized users.

DAVATEL is not an end-user telecommunications operator. Its activity consists of facilitating, providing comparative information, managing, or acting as an intermediary for requests involving operators, wholesalers, or partners.

3. Permitted Use

Users agree to use the website in a legal, proper, and responsible manner. The following are prohibited:

• Using the website for illicit, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
• Entering false or incomplete data, or data belonging to third parties without authorization.
• Submitting manipulated or unauthorized documents.

DAVATEL does not guarantee the availability of all operators, rate plans, or promotions existing in the market.

The period during which commissions may be reclaimed is 6 or 12 months from effective activation, depending on the operator or provider and the terms of the service, plan or campaign. Check the specific period in the transaction’s particular terms before processing it. This period is independent of any minimum commitment the customer may have with their operator. 5. Forms and Applications

Submitting a form does not automatically result in the contracting of any service. It constitutes a request for information, an assessment, a request for contact, or a processing request that must be reviewed and validated.

The user guarantees that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date, and that they possess the necessary authorization when acting on behalf of another person, company, or client.

6. Communications

DAVATEL may contact the user to address specific requests. Future commercial communications will require consent or another valid legal basis.

7. AI Assistant

The website or platform may include an AI assistant. Its responses are for guidance purposes only; they may contain errors and do not replace human review, commercial confirmation, or validation by the operator.

Users should not enter unnecessary personal data into the assistant. If personal data is provided, it may be processed in order to respond to the inquiry, in accordance with the privacy policy.

8. Liability

DAVATEL is not liable for price changes, errors made by third parties, the rejection of service activations, lack of network coverage, installation delays, changes implemented by operators, external technical failures, website interruptions, or misuse by users, distributors, or wholesalers.

Professional area and available services

DAVATEL provides shops, businesses, self-employed professionals, distributors, and authorized wholesalers with tools to prepare proposals and manage applications, documentation, and commissions. Telecommunications is our core activity; we also handle assessments and applications for electricity and gas services. Alarm systems, insurance, and equipment leasing (renting) are upcoming services; please note that these cannot be contracted until they are officially launched and their specific terms and conditions are in place.

Public information and guides are accessible to everyone. The plan calculator and professional operations require an authorised account. The platform does not replace the operator or energy supplier providing the service.

Rights and liability

No clause excludes the owner’s legally enforceable liabilities or mandatory rights. Changes do not retroactively alter signed contracts or transactions already validated.
