Clear commissions

Commission applies to activated and validated contracts. You can check the amount and status in the Commissions section.

Payment is made when DAVATEL has previously collected payment from the operator/wholesaler and has received the correct invoice from the distributor or wholesaler.
Commissions: 6 or 12 months

The term is 6 or 12 months from activation, depending on the operator, the service and the terms of the transaction. If the customer cancels, withdraws, returns or ports within that term, the commission may be withdrawn, deducted or claimed in accordance with those terms. This term is independent of the customer’s commitment period.

The distributor sends the customer’s full bill, DAVATEL prepares and returns the savings report, and if the customer decides to contract, the necessary data and documents are requested to process it.

Will DAVATEL also offer alarms, insurance and long-term rental?
