How to prepare a fibre, mobile and television proposal

A television proposal starts with the content the customer wants to watch. A platform’s name or logo alone does not confirm its subscription tier, included sports or price.

Questions for the first conversation

Check what the main plan includes

Open the offer’s terms. Separate included TV from compatible add-ons and check the tier of each subscription. If there is a sports package, confirm the specific competitions: a general name does not guarantee they are all included.

Check activation, required accounts, use away from home, devices and equipment. These terms depend on the offer and are confirmed before submitting the request.

Calculate the full cost

Present the main plan’s monthly fee and add the lines and platforms the customer has chosen. If there is a promotion, also show when it ends and the subsequent monthly fee. A compatible add-on still has a cost unless the offer states it is included.

Actual catalogue example, reviewed on 21 September 2026

The public LOWI offer of 600 Mbps with one 40 GB line and LOWI TV was listed at 33 €/month, with unlimited calls. It illustrates a package that already includes TV; it does not justify claiming that Netflix, football or other unspecified platforms are included.

This is a dated reference for learning how to read a proposal. View the current LOWI offer and confirm coverage, eligibility and terms. The catalogue may change.

Present the proposal to the customer

  1. Summarise the included services and total monthly cost.
  2. Explain promotions, minimum commitment and any associated expenses.
  3. Check coverage and restrictions before submitting the order request.
